As a pivotal member of our team, the Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our esteemed members and guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist members and guests, both in person and over the phone, adhering to our service standards.
  • Manage incoming requests and efficiently direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Coordinate and schedule spa appointments, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Maintain daily operational procedures and uphold the standards of service excellence.
  • Stay informed about the club's calendar and services to promote dining and wellness options effectively.
  • Facilitate retail sales and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Work Environment:

This role is primarily indoor-based, utilizing standard office equipment. The environment is typically moderate in noise level.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to hear, see, speak clearly, and engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
