Guest Services Coordinator @ BlueStar Resort
As a pivotal member of our team, the Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our esteemed members and guests. Your professional demeanor and warm communication will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist members and guests, both in person and over the phone, adhering to our service standards.
- Manage incoming requests and efficiently direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate and schedule spa appointments, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Maintain daily operational procedures and uphold the standards of service excellence.
- Stay informed about the club's calendar and services to promote dining and wellness options effectively.
- Facilitate retail sales and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Work Environment:
