Job Title: Welcome Center Representative

The Welcome Center Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, as you will be responsible for checking in clients, supporting manifesting tours, and providing information on hotel reservations for Mini-Vac clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets owners and non-owners upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Reconciles tours at the end of the day, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assists In-House marketing with owner callbacks, promoting our product and services.
  • Answers questions from owners and non-owners regarding the local area, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Addresses special needs of owners and non-owners, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Greets non-owners/guests, providing them with local information, maps, and other essential resources.
  • Reviews qualifications with guests, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our product and services.

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving ability, with the capacity to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Prior timeshare/resort/concierge experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction and have an inviting personality, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
