Role Overview

The Product Operations role is essential at Revalize, acting as a bridge for effective communication and resource sharing across departments. This position promotes collaboration around product insights, enabling teams to identify improvement opportunities and make informed business decisions. The Product Operations team is responsible for data collection and management, software tool selection, and the establishment of standards and best practices for internal stakeholders. This role serves as a trusted advisor to both the product team and other internal teams by delivering critical product information and insights to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Develop and enhance the Product scorecard.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to standardize and streamline data-sharing processes, ensuring effective product reporting and analysis.
  • Process Optimization
    • Design and refine the product launch process for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Establish and enhance the customer feedback loop, including necessary tools.
    • Oversee the annual and quarterly strategy and roadmap planning.
    • Identify and improve time-consuming tasks by creating efficient, standardized processes for the product team.
  • Tool Management
    • Facilitate training for the product team on the effective use of tools, including the creation of best practice guides.
    • Lead the evaluation and procurement of product management tools, managing vendor relationships for renewals and upgrades.
    • Enhance cross-functional alignment and communication.
  • Product Communication
    • Standardize and train teams on the Product-Development partnership and process, identifying areas for enhancement.
    • Disseminate product-related data and resources to other teams, fostering a culture of collaboration.
    • Standardize and train on cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing for the product team.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, project management, or analyst roles.
- Proven success in managing product development processes.

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of market research methods and competitive analysis.
