- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry within the PBM space is preferred.
- 2+ Years of Experience as Product Owner is preferred.
- 2+ Years of experience as Business Analyst, Software Development, or Product Management.
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies is required.
- Accustomed to working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Driven self-starter who is creative and results-oriented.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
- Ability to produce detailed written documentation.
- Product Owner certification (or higher) with Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, Scrum Inc., ICAgile, or any other major Agile training association specific to the Product Owner role.
