About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions for Zillow Home Loans (ZHL). As a key member of our ZHL Workforce Management & AI team, you will be responsible for building and implementing processes, tools, and infrastructure to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our Mortgage operations teams.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance the customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and improve capacity utilization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business collaborators, machine learning, and data science teams, to integrate AI solutions that meet customer needs and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and prioritizing projects to drive scalable growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement AI-powered solutions
  • Leading the development of capacity and performance management tools
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and creative problem-solving
  • Experience defining and prioritizing projects to drive scalable growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
