- Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, impact, and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate product vision and technical implementation to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of delivering products that meet customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen, with the ability to influence through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile methodology and cloud-based infrastructure, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Deep understanding of user needs, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- $100-$120K base salary, plus bonus.
