Sales Operations Analyst (Operations Analyst) – III

Hybrid - Strong Preference to Bay Area, but will accept NYC, or Chicago (2+ days/week, days flexible)

Pay Range: $58.05 Hourly (Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location.)

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Analyst to assist in the development of our next generation of internal tools. This role is highly visible and global in scope, concentrating on enhancing the design and implementation of Anaplan for essential sales processes at Flexton Inc. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Talent and Sales Solutions, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners, to deliver top-tier solutions that standardize, automate, and elevate our sales planning and forecasting methodologies.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy role, focusing on the development of planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes.
  • At least 2 years' experience utilizing Excel and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Direct experience with Anaplan as a tool for driving sales or finance processes.
  • Experience in transforming core sales processes, including Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota setting, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by effective communication and influence with senior management (both verbal and written via PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment characterized by ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS economics and metrics.
