Overview:

A leading global multimedia digital publishing and data services organization is in search of a driven, skilled, and tech-savvy Sales Director to enhance our Enterprise Accounts division.

The Sales Director will possess a comprehensive understanding of business marketing strategies and the capability to identify opportunities while confidently presenting tailored marketing and advertising solutions that yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and pursue relationships to generate new business revenue from advertising agencies and brands.
  • Increase market share by upselling to existing clients.
  • Recognize, cultivate, and finalize sales opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Showcase the company's range of customized solutions, including B2B demand generation, data analytics, media services, online display and video advertising, and event management.
  • Negotiate and take responsibility for all contracts and sales forecasts.
  • Act as a business specialist, devising strategic solutions to address client challenges.
  • Continuously innovate and implement creative strategies for both clients and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in digital sales, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficient in collaborating with both clients and agency partners.
  • A proven relationship-builder.
  • At least 4 years of experience selling dedicated digital solutions with a strong grasp of online media and industry trends.
  • Ability to comprehend complex marketing issues and leverage our offerings to meet client objectives.
  • Willingness and capability to engage clients through in-person meetings and outings.
  • Experience managing strategic and complex accounts.
  • Expertise in demand generation, programmatic display and video, social media, mobile, and media services.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative environment, self-motivated, and contribute positively to a dynamic team.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills suitable for senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 10-20% of the time.

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $130,000 to $135,000, excluding additional compensation elements such as commission, bonuses, and benefits.
