Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will spearhead projects alongside key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will need to adopt a broad perspective, prioritize system-wide improvements, and drive initiatives to completion. Core responsibilities include:


• Assume multiple roles, establishing the strategic direction of ongoing leadership initiatives while developing a comprehensive understanding of sales and sales operations planning processes and managing daily execution.


• Conduct data analysis (Excel/SQL) and model configuration tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our models, as well as inform the design and delivery of features.


• Guarantee timely project delivery by meeting milestones, addressing obstacles, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities.

This Role Also Provides Opportunities To:


• Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team across various business units, regions, and functions.


• Build management credibility by creating and presenting insights and recommendations in executive-level presentations.

Basic Qualifications:


• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy role, with a focus on developing planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes.


• At least 2 years' experience utilizing Excel and SQL.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.


• A BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Proven skills in Stakeholder Management, Analytical Thinking, Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Direct experience with Anaplan as a tool for driving sales or finance processes.


• Experience working with or a willingness to learn how to build models in Anaplan and Alteryx.


• Experience in transforming core sales processes such as Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota Setting, and Forecasting.


• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to effectively convey information and influence senior management (both verbal and written via PowerPoint).


• A strong desire and capability to thrive in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment characterized by ambiguity.


• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations.


• A deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics.
