Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Boston. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
- Connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions providing opportunity to increase earnings each year
