Job Description

The Sales & Events Coordinator role at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area is a dynamic position that involves the coordination and execution of sales and events activities. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a passion for providing outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including booking event space, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or event coordination is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Opera preferred
