Role and Responsibilities: As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Customer Care Sales Model. You will also be responsible for continuously prospecting for sales opportunities, collecting premiums from policyholders, and responding promptly to policyholder service requests.

Minimum Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have customer service experience, the ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door, and a valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage. You must also have a dependable vehicle and be authorized to work in the United States.

Preparation and Support: Kemper provides assistance and guidance to new agents who are preparing to sit for licensing exams. We also offer a basic development program that includes self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork. Our on-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning their profession.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
