Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Community Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to members, promoting our offerings and meeting sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on credit union policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and credit union-specific applications.
