Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with our shop foreman, technicians, and service advisors to assign and manage work efficiently in our service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of work through our service department.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to established time expectations for service work execution.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, communicating with service advisors if timelines change.
  • Oversee technician repairs, ensuring that additional recommendations sold are communicated to both technician and advisor in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • Automotive service advisor experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Multitasking skills
  • Proficient use of computers/business machines
