Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Host Coordinator to join our team at Wahlburgers. As a Host Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in creating a memorable dining experience.

">About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and friendly individual who is able to multitask with ease. As a Host Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure that tables are available as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area.

In addition to your organizational skills, we are looking for someone who is able to provide exceptional customer service. This includes being able to communicate effectively with guests, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide recommendations on menu items and drinks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (not required but preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
