About the Job

This Disability Services Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. At Bridgewell, we believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and independent life, and we're looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in disability services, with a minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. A valid driver's license and one year of driving experience are also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $ $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent health insurance, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support individuals with disabilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:
