Business Development Representative

Ascend Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our business expansion efforts, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and connecting businesses with staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound appointment setting and inside sales calls
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach key markets and demographics
- Utilize CRM software to manage pipeline and track progress
- Collaborate with the development team to strengthen relationship-building skills and drive business growth
- Experience in outbound appointment setting or inside sales calls
- Ability to reach goals and drive business growth
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous leadership experience not required
- $18/hour DOE + $150/month bonus + $20 per appointment kept
- Part-time options available
