Position Overview:

Our client, Experis, is looking for a

Junior Financial Analyst

to become a valuable member of their finance team.

Role Summary:

The Junior Financial Analyst will provide essential financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support management within the organization. This role is crucial for the financial health of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular financial planning and analysis activities, which may encompass:
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Monthly variance analysis
  • Business development initiatives
  • Gross margin assessments
  • Capital and headcount evaluations
  • Operating expense analysis
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and project consolidation as directed by finance leadership.
- Generate routine reports for key stakeholders, leveraging knowledge of financial systems and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate month-end analyses and commentary related to financial closing.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting, presentations, and analyses for quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Maintain positive and effective communication with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems applications is essential, with SAP experience considered an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
- Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively across various organizational levels.
