Position Overview:
The Clinical Training Specialist II plays a crucial role in executing standardized training strategies related to clinical operations, revenue cycles, and practice management for AdventHealth Medical Group. This position involves collaboration with leadership to identify and address the training needs of practice staff, ensuring effective adoption of technologies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for EHR and ancillary systems across the medical group.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training support for new acquisitions and providers.
- Engage in operational project strategies and delivery for Physician Enterprise.
- Manage and resolve issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Utilize diverse training methods to enhance comprehension and performance among end users.
- Assess training needs through various metrics and on-site evaluations.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to refine training content and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in healthcare training.
- Proven expertise in EHR implementation and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate group processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance practices.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a schedule primarily during weekdays, with occasional requirements for early evenings or weekends. Travel may be necessary, including overnight stays, to support training initiatives.
