Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical management of homecare clients from admission to discharge.
This role includes supervision of:
- Management of care and personnel involved in clinical service delivery.
- Orientation and continuous assessment of homecare staff.
- Ensuring caregivers possess the necessary clinical skills and competencies.
- Facilitating caregiver development through training and education under the guidance of the office clinical leader.
- The position involves both office and field responsibilities, requiring travel to patient residences for evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active RN license in the relevant states.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills is required.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- We are looking for a collaborative team member with excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Compensation Overview:
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000, with an annual bonus potential of $3,500, distributed quarterly.
