Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical management of homecare clients from admission to discharge.

This role includes supervision of:

  • Management of care and personnel involved in clinical service delivery.
  • Orientation and continuous assessment of homecare staff.
  • Ensuring caregivers possess the necessary clinical skills and competencies.
  • Facilitating caregiver development through training and education under the guidance of the office clinical leader.
  • The position involves both office and field responsibilities, requiring travel to patient residences for evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active RN license in the relevant states.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills is required.
  • Fluency in English is necessary.
  • We are looking for a collaborative team member with excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills.

Compensation Overview:

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000, with an annual bonus potential of $3,500, distributed quarterly.
