Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a book of business; maintain a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Manage annual budget and growth capital requirements for the region.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop revenue projections, and oversee new customer onboarding.
  • Develop a strategic plan for geographic growth to meet objectives.
  • Manage all sales channels within the region.
  • Oversee the economic model approval process and prepare project packages for management review.
  • Achieve organic growth through the development of a new business pipeline.
  • Manage administrative functions related to the relationship between customers.
  • Conduct sales meetings with customers and manage sales, revenue, and expense budgets.
  • Communicate competitive information, pricing, and market changes to senior management.
  • Ensure superior customer service and maintain timely communication.
  • Interface positively with support departments (Supply, Trading, Pricing, Legal, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of field sales and management experience, retail petroleum industry preferred.
  • Ability to travel regionally, with overnight stays, in Boston, Maine, and New Hampshire; 50-75% of the time.
  • Must complete all travel and expense reports.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
