Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager at ManpowerGroup is responsible for driving new business growth and sales within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include securing new business with SMB and mid-market clients, developing and executing territory plans, and adopting ManpowerGroup methodologies and tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in assigned territories.
- Develop and execute territory plans to capitalize on market and industry opportunities.
- Adopt ManpowerGroup methodologies, disciplines, and tools in pursuing profitable business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience in a solution-based industry or related field.
- Proven performance in a competitive and entrepreneurial environment, with successful achievement of ambitious goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of the staffing industry, with exposure to the light industrial or clerical space.
- Bachelor's degree.
