Job Title: Business Development Manager

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development for our IP Prosecution Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the IP Prosecution Practice.
  • Work closely with practice group leaders and attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development goals.
  • Provide strategic support to practice group leaders and attorneys to help them achieve their business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of work experience in business development in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience in intellectual property preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
