As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing available resources and tools to resolve issues.
- Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
- Perform routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as needed.
- Support the segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Meet or exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, providing coaching and support to fellow bankers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of customer sales/service experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Working knowledge of all products and services offered by Webster Bank.
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
Webster Bank offers a competitive salary range of $21.50 to $26.00 USD per hour, with opportunities for incentive compensation. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
