Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective revenue cycle management.
- Supervise staff in account management, insurance communications, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve staff skills.
- Analyze and resolve financial discrepancies and errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Expertise in medical coding and billing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
