We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team at Virgin Hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

  • Assist the General Manager and Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy in developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to achieve market share goals and maximize profitability.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams to ensure maximum revenue potential is achieved.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.
  • Leverage industry leading revenue management tools and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
