Position Details

As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will assist prospective residents throughout their journey from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless transition and fostering a sense of community.
  • Market available apartments.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to residents.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents.
  • Facilitate lease renewals.
  • Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Maintain impeccable property site conditions.
  • Conduct market analysis and support business outreach initiatives, resident events, and promotional activities.
  • Utilize MRI software for data entry and report generation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales and customer service; prior apartment leasing experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • College education is beneficial.
  • Availability to work weekends to accommodate customer needs.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
