Key Responsibilities

Our sales professionals are responsible for capturing and selling photos/videos of guests at various locations. The Team Leaders in this role also motivate team members to meet daily performance metrics established by management. This is a dual-role position. As a Sales Specialist, you will earn a competitive hourly wage. When stepping into the Team Leader role, your compensation will reflect that position.

Expectations Include:

  • Collaborating with a vibrant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Confidently engaging with guests, taking high-quality photographs, and selling products to achieve daily targets.
  • Being active throughout the venue during your shift and enjoying the outdoors.
  • Utilizing digital cameras/media and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.
  • Enjoying incentives that enhance your work environment.
  • Valuing and respecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As a Team Leader, your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Motivating the photography sales team to deliver outstanding customer service through meaningful interactions.
  • Empowering Retail Associates to achieve their performance goals while fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Utilizing empathy and determination to solve problems and enhance team performance.
  • Adapting your leadership style to build authentic connections that promote employee satisfaction and drive business success.

No prior photography or videography experience is necessary for success in this role. A willingness to undergo comprehensive training, operate digital cash registers, and use professional cameras is essential.
