Job Title: Assistant Service Manager/Sales General Manager

Delphi Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Manager/Sales General Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in HVAC installation and sales, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Service Manager/Sales General Manager will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in day-to-day operations and managing the business. This includes leading a team of installers and service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of installers and service technicians to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
  • Conduct thorough inspections of project sites to assess installation requirements and determine the most efficient and effective approach
  • Supervise and provide guidance to team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of all installed systems, repairs, maintenance, and service calls
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in HVAC installation and sales
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read commercial wiring schematics
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
  • Must be mechanically inclined and have a passion for exceptional service
  • Must be available for on-call rotation and willing to work rotating weekends
  • Must have a valid driver's license and EPA Certification
