Position: Customer Service Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on a pivotal role in our customer service department within our call center. Santa Barbara Auto Group proudly represents seven prestigious automotive brands and is committed to delivering a "World Class Experience" to our clientele at every interaction.

Automotive Background:
While experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in front-line customer service

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

• Direct experience in customer interactions with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with various department managers

• Excellent written communication skills

• Proficient in PC and IT applications

• Desire for professional growth within our organization
