About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct customer activities within the defined region, working with internal teams to increase sales of Rochester Electronics products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the account base within the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and management experience
  • Proven technical sales experience and ability to work in a virtual office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel and work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
