Job Description

The Regional Sales Director for Precision Cutting Tools in the Pacific Northwest will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated territory, which includes Washington and Idaho. This role requires a strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of machining applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Heritage Cutter is a privately held, US manufacturer of precision cutting tools with a rich history dating back to 1881. Our products include high-performance carbide end mills, taps, and countersinks, among others. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can join our team as a Regional Sales Director for Precision Cutting Tools in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in the designated territory.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the designated territory
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
  • Manage sales performance and provide regular reporting to regional management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition
