We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Pacific Northwest Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and acquiring top talent to support our continued growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include skillfully managing relationships with external partners to identify and acquire top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Competencies and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
