Our client is a well-established Multi-Family Office specializing in comprehensive wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals and families.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of related experience in UHNW Client Support and investment experience. Requirements also include a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Estimated Salary: $80,000-$110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account transactions such as wire transfers, ACH disbursements, bill payments, fund redemptions and purchases, and opening/closing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to monitor cash balances, transfer proceeds, and facilitate client requests for purchases, sales, or gifting.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets, and assist with presentations and marketing materials.
