Technical Support Specialist

Akerman is a leading law firm seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join its National Information Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for firm users via remote support
- Monitor support queues and identify trends in malfunctions and errors
- Assist with testing and rolling out new software, including Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer and software troubleshooting abilities
This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and LAN technology. Proficiency with printers, smartphones, tablets, and general software application support is also required.
