We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to enhance our operational efficiency.

This crucial role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, and cost estimation of maintenance activities to ensure seamless production operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring equipment records and preventive maintenance schedules are up-to-date.
  • Evaluate work requests to define job scope, required materials, equipment, and safety measures, ensuring all tasks are meticulously planned.
  • Utilize your technical skills to create comprehensive job plans, manage inventory, and maintain our equipment Bill of Materials and Job Plan library.
  • Collaborate effectively with technicians, reliability partners, and maintenance supervisors to coordinate complex maintenance tasks.
  • Lead weekly scheduling meetings to align maintenance activities with operational and supply chain needs, and review completed work orders to improve future planning efficiency.

Qualifications:

A proactive planner with a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 6 years of experience in maintenance administration or technical maintenance.

Must be comfortable working at heights and available for 24-hour on-call shifts, with a willingness to travel up to 5% for training and meetings.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and ready to contribute their expertise to our team.


Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 years of experience in technical maintenance.

Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS, Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret technical documents.

Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and manage resources.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include regular communication, standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Occasional sitting, reaching, climbing, and other physical activities may be required.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.


Work Environment:

Employees may encounter wet or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to high places, fumes, and extreme temperatures may occur.
