Key Responsibilities:

  • Process product orders by receiving shipments, registering items, and distributing packages within the organization.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom by regularly cleaning, cataloging, and organizing inventory.
  • Plan and schedule large shipments, ensuring adequate storage space and staff availability for incoming goods.
  • Prepare regular reports on shipping and receiving activities for management review.
  • Address and resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to manage large items and facilitate warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
  • Comfortable with computer usage and technology.
  • Ability to lift items weighing 50+ pounds.
