Position Summary: The Customer Service Advocate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a high volume of orders and resolve issues daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service for external clients.
  • Engage in extensive communication with both internal and external customers through order management and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with U.S. and export contacts to fulfill domestic and international orders.
  • Understand and navigate domestic and export shipping processes and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment by providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain personnel.
  • Ensure effective communication with the business.
  • Proactively manage customer orders and address challenges.
  • Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, including order entry and logistics coordination.
  • Provide emergency coverage during team absences.
  • Conduct SAP testing as required and support AdvanSix CSRs with SAP inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience in customer service within the chemicals industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (6.0) in sales and distribution, is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with the AdvanSix SAP S/D module.
