  • Maintain cleanliness in all communal areas, including office spaces, amenities, and restrooms.

  • Clear out trash and leftover items from unoccupied units before initiating the make-ready process, ensuring proper disposal.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
  • Assist the Service Director and Community Director with assigned tasks and support the make-ready team during transitions.
  • Distribute necessary notices and communications to residents as required.
  • Report any hazards or unsafe conditions observed to the appropriate supervisors.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills by engaging respectfully with residents, addressing inquiries, and handling maintenance-related complaints with sensitivity.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management protocols by participating in routine safety meetings and completing required training.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality expectations while fulfilling the physical demands of the role.

Organizational Duties:

  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational processes.
  • Implement proper safety techniques and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhancements to the property’s efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and practices through training and information resources.

Work Schedule: This position typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with varying hours based on site operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand safety labels and manuals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with residents and team members.
  • Basic mathematical skills for completing necessary tasks.
  • Logical reasoning skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing company software.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Work Environment: The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements: The position demands the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds with assistance.
