Job Summary

The Assistant Community Manager is a key member of our team at Impact MHC Management, LLC. This role is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in ensuring the community generates a satisfactory cash flow, the property is maintained in accordance with Company standards, and customer/tenant satisfaction is met.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager with daily operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting prospective residents.
  • Manage the property in the absence of the Community Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct tours of the community, demonstrating the features and benefits of the property to prospective residents.
  • Process applications, lease agreements, and other documents related to resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Collect rent payments and accurately record remittance.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations, and resolve problems in accordance with management rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, and maintain confidentiality of all data in resident files.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; property management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to sit for extensive periods, walk intermittently, bend, stoop, and climb stairs occasionally during the day.
