Sales Structure:
We offer paid training to set you up for success, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you on track and tech-savvy. You'll meet with potential customers daily, with AT&T pre-scheduling interactions to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
Key Expectations:
- Prior sales experience in an environment with set targets
- Maintain a valid driver's license; we provide a company car as a big perk
- Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation Package:
You can expect to earn between $40,300-$47,632 + $20,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $71,029 per year.
