Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have experience in relationship management and client service, with a strong understanding of Voluntary Benefits or financial client services. A bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with high-grossing revenue clients, ensuring exceptional service and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Voluntary Benefits or financial client services.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
