Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales Representative at Fabulous Freddy, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at our gas island. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive experience for our customers, promoting and selling our services, and assisting them with fueling their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, setting the tone for a fabulous experience.
  • Proactively promote and sell car washes, detail services, and other promotional items to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage customers to download our app and enroll in our loyalty program to increase engagement.
  • Assist customers with fueling their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Process customer transactions for purchases instore, including collecting payments, dispensing change, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the fuel island to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed during shifts, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
