About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at ExecuSource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, including designers, architects, and builders
  • Proactively assess customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to drive CR brand penetration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and promote product knowledge
  • Organize weekly sales calls and maintain monthly touchpoints with key accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in the building materials industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to understand competitor landscapes and develop winning strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a competitive drive to succeed
