Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting comprehensive financial reporting and planning across all company segments and products. This role involves close collaboration with senior executives, including the CEO and CFO, as well as Strategic Finance, Accounting, and various business partners to facilitate our closing, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with generating timely financial and operational reports to influence key capital allocation decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidation: Assist in the consolidation of company-wide results, analyses, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Management Reporting: Aid in the creation and aggregation of materials for executive and board presentations.
  • Partnership: Collaborate across functions and finance stakeholders to drive analysis and reporting for business unit strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure a unified source of truth for key financial and performance metrics.
  • Support Financial Forecasting: Assist in the quarterly and annual financial forecasting processes.
  • Process Design & Improvement: Contribute to the design of new processes aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of the finance team and the business overall.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and P&L management.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting information to key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
  • Collaborative working style with a proven ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and inquisitive with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and tackle complex problems.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to distill financial data into clear recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Results-driven and willing to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Able to function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Financial Planning Systems (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, Adaptive, IBM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with headcount planning.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with NetSuite.
