Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Director in their daily professional life. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Director, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing documents.
  • Screen phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain ongoing business files.
  • Assist with creating outgoing correspondence, including letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, summaries, and reports.
  • Conduct research and perform special assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five to seven years of professional experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
  • Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Top-notch problem-solving skills and ability to create administrative and office procedures.
  • Ability to be professional, clear, articulate, and accurate, both verbally and in writing.
