Overview:
Are you passionate about ensuring safety and security? If so, Titan Security Group, a leading provider of security services in the region, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Personnel.


We are looking for motivated candidates to serve as Residential Security Officers.


Key Responsibilities:
The duties of Unarmed Security Personnel encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during shifts, including providing assistance with directions and general inquiries.
  • Manage access for guests, visitors, or vendors as necessary.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and perform regular patrols to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs related to individuals or property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and document data for management review.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability for all three shifts.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including completion of state-required training.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting over 50 lbs, conducting foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in security or customer service roles, including retail, hospitality, or food service.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
