Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to guests, team members, and fellow managers in a welcoming and respectful manner.
- Guide assistant managers and supervisors through performance evaluations, developmental strategies, and the delegation of responsibilities. Possess the ability to inspire, train, and hold accountable a diverse team in a dynamic setting.
- Support the advancement and growth of assistant managers and supervisors, leading to enhanced responsibilities and opportunities for promotion.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, health regulations, and guest service protocols. Maintain a hygienic and secure environment for both guests and staff, with a strong focus on detail and quality.
- Communicate effectively with management personnel, vendors, and administrative teams regarding issues and changes.
- Oversee precise and comprehensive financial documentation related to cash management, food costs, security, and labor.
- Implement and follow training programs and processes to guarantee consistency in product quality and service delivery.
- Act as a professional leader and role model for all managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Execute all assigned tasks to the best of your capabilities.
Physical Requirements
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs during the workday.
- Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
