We are currently seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Professionals to serve as Residential Security Officers.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of our Security Professionals encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during your shift, including offering directions and general information.
  • Manage access for guests, visitors, or vendors as necessary.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
  • Maintain precise and accurate logs related to individuals or property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and document details for management review.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for the Security Professional role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Availability for all three shifts.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state-required training.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, which may include lifting over 50 lbs, performing foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • One year of experience in security or a customer service-related field, such as retail, hospitality, or food service.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
