- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a desire for continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive marketing strategies for skincare brands across multiple channels.
- Lead the development of creative marketing concepts and initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to produce engaging video content for digital platforms.
- Manage social media partnerships to enhance content creation and community engagement.
- Serve as the brand expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of products and advocating for brand messaging and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and performance across various platforms.
- Act as a brand ambassador, developing product positioning through insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Marketing.
- Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in anti-aging skincare.
- Exceptional project management, time management, and budget oversight skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable with adapting strategies as needed.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role within a multi-story building.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Occasional movement within the office for various tasks.
- Frequent use of office technology and communication with team members.
- Capacity to absorb and apply technical information effectively.
